How do you ensure the safety of cards during shipping?
We take card protection seriously. All single cards are shipped in a penny sleeve and top loader, then secured in a bubble mailer. Sealed products are double-wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent corner damage.
Are all your booster boxes and packs factory sealed?
Yes, we guarantee that all sealed products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official distributors. We do not sell searched, weighed, or resealed packs.
What is your return policy on TCG products?
Due to the volatile nature of the TCG market, all sales of sealed products and individual cards are final. Returns are only accepted if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout if you need your cards sooner.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, OneStopTCG ships to the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand to other regions in the near future, so stay tuned for updates.
